Michael Choi, CEO of Fire Grazers Inc., will discuss The Business of Goat Grazing and its Environmental Benefits.  Grazing goats can clear an unbelievable amount of brush and weeds.  A well-sized herd can complete a job in a single day that would take two or three times as long with a landscaping crew.  Michael will discuss the joys and challenges of running this family business that he took over at just 18 years of age.
