VOLUNTEER POSITIONS:  

Office help:
We can always use volunteers for receptionist, light clerical, special event setup and miscellaneous office help. The volunteer hours are in 3-hour increments. We require people with patient and pleasant personalities. You will receive training and familiarization.

Escorts:
Escorts for our day trips are needed. The number of escorts for any given trip depends on the trip makeup and the number of travelers. We require people with patient and pleasant personalities. We underwrite the cost of the trip for the escorts.

Travel Coordinator:
The travel coordinator contract for the trips and tours, determines the pricing as computed by the pricing model, coordinates with outside groups on trip advertising and reservations, and other associated duties. Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets is required. The Travel Coordinator is eligible for Tour company familiarization trips underwritten by the tour companies. The Travel coordinator is chairman of the travel committee. Please call the office to make an appointment to learn more about this vital and interesting position.

Publicity and Public Relations:
This position involves preparing news releases and press packages for the media to inform the community of our programs and coming events. It involves having articles written and pictures about our many events and programs.
